Healing Through Compassion, Insight, Resilience, Connection, and Empowerment

CIRCE Counseling was created with one mission in mind — to offer high-performing women and neurodivergent adults a safe, grounding space to slow down, unmask, and reconnect with who they truly are.

Many of our clients appear capable, responsible, and put-together on the outside… yet inside, they're dealing with overwhelm, anxiety, shame, emotional dysregulation, or burnout from carrying it all alone.

Circe exists to change that.

We provide trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming mental health services designed to help you build emotional stability, resilience, and genuine self-trust that lasts.

Our Philosophy

We believe therapy should feel:

  • Safe — where your nervous system can finally exhale

  • Holistic — treating mind, body, identity, and lived experience

  • Collaborative — you’re the expert on you; we’re here to help you understand your patterns

  • Empowering — building skills, insight, and resilience that actually last

  • Nonjudgmental — especially for neurodivergent clients who have been misunderstood most of their lives

Healing is possible — and it doesn’t require perfect consistency, perfect coping, or perfect productivity. It only requires one thing: showing up as you are.
